PM24 displays owner-provided listing information and provides business management tools. Unless expressly stated, PM24 is not the property owner, landlord, hotel operator or direct party to an offline stay agreement.

These terms explain the use of PM24 as a stay discovery, contact-unlock and property operations platform.
User responsibilities
Users must provide accurate registration information, protect OTP access and use owner contact details only for genuine stay enquiries. Automated scraping, fraud, impersonation and misuse are prohibited.
Property owner responsibilities
Owners are responsible for accurate prices, photos, amenities, availability, licences, taxes, safety, guest policies and fulfilment of any stay or rental agreement.
